Sarah Noll
M.S.W., P.E.L., L.C.S.W.
With 25 years of experience as a school social worker and licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I understand how overwhelming life can feel when anxiety, stress, or neurodiversity challenges get in the way of thriving. I’ve spent my career supporting children, teens, parents, and educators as they navigate the ups and downs of school, relationships, and self-discovery.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding each person’s unique story. I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, narrative, and play therapy—always through a trauma-informed, strength-based, and neurodiversity-affirming lens. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools to help regulate emotions, improve executive functioning, and reduce stress while building self-confidence and connection.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve served as adjunct faculty for Aurora University’s Graduate School of Social Work for six years, where I’ve had the privilege of mentoring new clinicians entering the field. Whether you’re a child struggling with big feelings, a teen coping with social pressure, a parent supporting a neurodiverse child, or an educator feeling burned out, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Let’s work together to create calmer, brighter days ahead.
